Solar panels by town on the Murcia and Alicante coast

Eight guides, each built on that council’s own tax ordinance and on PVGIS data for its coordinates. We only publish a town when we can cite where each figure comes from, and we tell you how reliable each page is.

Towns we have not written up yet

Benidorm, Xàbia (Jávea) and Águilas are popular with foreign residents, but on 3 October 2026 we could not obtain a current, readable ordinance text or an official source for their solar tax discounts, so we have not published a page for them rather than guess. Urbanisations such as Camposol, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca or Condado de Alhama are covered inside their municipality’s page: they follow their council’s ordinances.
